Kynance House provides bed and breakfast accommodation conveniently situated between Plymouth Hoe and the City centre. All bedrooms are ensuite and have TV, free wireless Internet and coffee/tea making facilities.

Directions
Upon entering Plymouth, follow Continental Ferryport signs
Outside the Ferryport main entrance you will find a mini roundabout
Take the first exit from the roundabout and follow the
road to the next mini-roundabout
Take the second exit which will be signposted "The Hoe" (Citadel Road West)
The Kynance House is 2-300 yards (metres) along,
the last building on the left hand side, painted cream.

Visitors coming by train or bus
The Kynance House is only a five minute taxi ride from either bus or train station. If you prefer to walk then Plymouth Hoe is a 15 minute walk from either location.

Perfectly situated for a relaxing short break or longer stay, Kynance House is
only 5 minutes walking distance from the following central attractions.

The house is ideally situated for Queen Anne's Battery Marina, Plymouth's train and coach station and the Brittany Ferries terminal.
