The Kynance House has been established for over fifty years as a family run accommodation house. Our aim is to maintain a 'home from home' atmosphere with a warm and friendly personal approach that we feel can only be found in a privately owned premises.

Tea coffee, soft drink beverages and alcoholic drinks are served on request between noon and 11pm.

All 26 are en-suite. Your room has shower & toilet, central heating, colour TV, radio, direct dial telephone (baby listening, alarm call and complimentary Tea / Coffee facilities.

TV Lounge

With a further cosy lounge and dining area, we offer a really relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Family Dining Room

Our more intimate dining room, separate from the main 40 seat dining area.
